It starts by shaping bison horn by hand, with extra care taken to retain the amazing texture and color of the horn.
Then, for contrast, they take a piece of oak harvested from a retired whiskey barrel and hand-turn it into a thin ring.
Finally, carbon fiber is wrapped around the ring for durability and toughness.
